Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order for shipping. Each item is being shipped directly to you by the craftsperson who created it. Items are generally shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated for shipping within the United States. If you would like your item shipped outside of the US, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Fees: A flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 is charged per item. If you are purchasing items from the same artist and shipping to the same address, we may be able to combine your order. If the actual shipping and handling cost is lower than what is quoted at checkout, we will refund the difference to your form of payment.

Additional Shipping and Handling Costs: Some items cost more than $8.50 to ship. For those items, an additional shipping and handling fee is added to the cost of the item.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If items arrive with defects or damage we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue either through a refund or exchange We are happy to work with you to help resolve issues if items arrive defective or damaged, either through a refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrived defective or damaged.

Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for any state or local taxes, customs, and import taxes that may apply for orders shipped outside of Washington State and Chelan County.

Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay as forms of payment.

Pricing Errors Sometimes mistakes happen. In the event that there is an error in the listing or pricing of an item, we reserve the right to correct the error and if needed, cancel the order.
